Did you ever do stupid things as a youth ? I sure did.
So we get the slurpees and we get to the top of the bridge on our way home. Now we were probably about 12 years old. We would hang out on the top of the bridge and enjoy the breeze and finish our stuff before the decent. Our little BMX bikes would be going faster than traffic by the time we reached the bottom of the bridge and that would give us enough speed to coast halfway back to town. It was really a lot of fun and lots of local kids did it.
So while on the crest of the bridge with the aforementioned frozen drink, We heard a boat horn under us and knew a boat was coming so we looked down to see the point of a large white boat starting to show its bow.
Me and my buddy both got evil looks on our faces and he looked at me and said .... YOU WONT... and i laughed and said ok.... And i held the slurpee out over the side of the bridge and looking over at like a world war two bombing sight.. lined it up.
I let it go and this bridge is over 100 feet over the water so it takes the cup quite a while to fall. While its falling ... the rest of the front of the boat appears and there are two ladies in bikinis sunbathing on the bow of this huge yacht. The half full slurpee is still falling and i got that "oh shit what did I just do" feeling.
Luckily, my aim was perfect and there was no cross wind and the frozen red drink laded right between these two unsuspecting ladies with one hell of a thud. They were immediately covered in slurpee and jumped up and they were not very happy at all. The boat they were on was huge ... probably 70-80 feet long .. not like the little boat in the pucture.
We immediately started howling with laughter because we were bad little shits. One of the two men on the boat ran to the front and looked up and started yelling about how he was going tto do bad things to us. I dont remember if i could make out what he was saying at the time... but none of it was nice. That just made us laugh harder and we both flipped him off with a bunch of "fuck yous" launched from the top of the bridge. I am sure he could not make out what we were saying, but he got the idea.
So we are just looking over the side of the bridge watching these rich assholes freak out and their ladies wiping slurpee off of themselves on the front of a now reddish colored yacht.
They got the boat from underneath the bridge and after clearing the bridge they started to turn it around like they were going to dock it and beat our little asses. They were cussing and running up and down the length of this huge boat yelling very naughty things.
My freind and i knew that we would be halfway across town before they managed to turn that thing around and put it at the boat dock. I doubt that little landing ramp and dock would have been deep enough for this huger thing anyways....
So we laughed ... flipped them off a few more times and started down the bridge. The speed limit was 45 on this bridge and we would be passing traffic at about 50 MPH on our little BMX bikes by the time we go to the bottom ... We knew we were in the clear.
We laughed about that for the rest of the day...
