Throwback Thursday : Halloween

 

It's that time of the year again! Little goblins, pretty princesses and spooky ghosts hiding under an old sheet that mom let you cut. 

Oh wait......

That was then, this is now. Nowadays, kids costumes are no longer a plastic mask paired with some items you find around the house. Remember cutting out a big box and wrapping it in tinfoil? Best robot, ever!

Now kids cannot go to school with any pretend  toy weapon,   have their face covered, offend any race by appropriating another culture (sorry no sombrero for you!), the list goes on and on. 

What were some of your favourite Halloween costumes as a child or memories?
