Yes or No?

 Two days ago Stan designated a new mod. For the sake of anonymity, we shall call him Fred.

Fred has decided he wants to make Stan's blog into his own image and ignore Stan's methods and rules. 

Stan has a unique blog which allows most anything except for a few things such as porn, doxxing, threats and there's another thing I can't remember. lol

Anyway, there is anarchy beginning on the blog since Fred got the power. 

I'll get to the point.
