This law is meant to give the Federal government the power to regulate non citizens in a time of war.
It was used in the war of 1812, World War one and World War Two.
Now it has been used by Trump against some Hispanic immigrants who he claims are part of Tren de Aragua, a Columbian gang.
So we used these powers when we fought English and both world wars.... Now the Orange Micro Penis says he has war powers to deport " BAD HOMBRES"
He is violating people rights and treating people like shit. He sent non gang members to the worst prison in the Western hemisphere so that he could brag on Fox News. He is breaking the law by using this act without a war. Thats kinda important to using this act on non citizens.
